I recieved the following email from a customer today.

On my startpage, under Sci Tech news, I clicked on the story about the Code Red virus, and my computer froze. Is it possible that instead of the story, that link downloads the virus to your system???

I was at a loss there was no way to answer this without the word dumbass so I turned to my fellow co workers for help, here is my fav response.

Unfortunately, the link you clicked on contained a virus that has effected you, and whomever family member has come in contact with it. We have worked on a system to fix this, and you as well as your family members. You should be glad you are still alive:

1. Run outside
2. Scream at the top of your lungs that you are a recovering Dion Warwick stalker
3. Knock on neighbors door, and state you are a encyclopedia salesman. Run your pitch by them. If your pitch doesnt work, knock your head on wall repeatedly till blood is drawn.
4. If neighbor does not respond still, find the neighborhood cat and grab by collar.
5. Click on finish

Heh yeah I like my job some days.
