SO you know there is a point in time when normal people think I should stop I need to do such and such tomorrow, or who knows what would happen if I don't stop. I lack that little voice, I seem to be unable to hear or use those warnings to my benefit. Bummer most would say, hehe, yeah prolly but I see no down side. Well cept for the waking up the next day and thinking yeah there is such a thing as going too far.

I just have yet to realize this and internalize the message that is given to me each time. HRM, what can ya do but just keep going, and extremes are fun! Well most of the time, until you do a face plant on a bike, Poor Dan tha Man. No face plants here! OK, I have no idea what I was trying to say or what I wanted to say but it was fun, no? We should do this again sometime.
