*after much wasted time as CU doesn’t listen to me and randomly clicks wherever or just plain ignoring me I took a bit of a condescending tone in my voice, it worked she started doing what I asked and listening though*

ME: Obviously I do, when I was trying to be helpful you were ignoring me or just doing your own thing. Now at least you are listening and following directions.
