Dealing with my diabetes

I am trying a new way to list my stuff, a bit less confusing and easier to read I hope.
This is also about the time I started to come down with a cold, ugh having a cold sucks now.

Testing

• After Breakfast - 188 mg/dL - 12:06 PM
• Forgot to test before breakfast, this was my 2 hours after
• Late Night Check: 170 mg/dL - 11:35 PM

Meals

Breakfast -

• Open Faced Egg Sandwich

Lunch -

• I really don’t remember

Dinner -

• Cream of Chicken Pasta
