Dealing with my diabetes

Today I took my last dose of my Lisinopril and Aspirin. I did get a late start on exercise and cleaning though and feel good, except for staying up late for laundry.

Testing

• After Lunch: 186 mg/dL 3:58 PM
• After Exercise and walk: 141 186 mg/dL 5:39 PM

Meals

Breakfast -

• Woke up late no breakfast, just some fruit

Lunch -

• Open Faced Turkey sandwich
• Popcorn for side and snacking throught the day

Dinner -

• Potato Soup
