Dealing with my diabetes

Today, took last dose of Metformin, didn’t plan well nor realize that it took 3 days to fulfill prescription refills through IHS, hope to get Dr. Buxton to get my refills done tomorrow. Late pop again so hopefully I will finally go to bed at a normal time.

Testing

• After Dinner: 157 mg/dL 9:31 PM
• Half hour after Popcorn: 226 186 mg/dL 11:43 PM

• An experiment
• Potatos
• Mushrooms
• Diced Dino Nuggets
• Wilted Spinach in a tomato based sauce.
