Just a blog which will be used to help with monitoring and controlling my diabetes. I will also hopefully be posting any information I learn and such.
I was diagnosed Dec. 7th 2007 and have managed to get down from an average BSL of 400 to 100-200.
I went to my education class and got my free monitor, oh how I love IHS.
For those interested, this is my monitor.
I am also on a cocktail of:
Metformin 2 500mg pills one taken with breakfast and another with dinner, unless otherwise stated.
Lisinopril 10mg tablet taken with breakfast
Asprin 81mg tablet taken with breakfast.
